| Jobs at ASIC are classified as Positions of Trust, which will require you to successfully complete a security clearance check. Some of the information you provide will be validated from information systems or with other government agencies, for example, a Police Record check will be conducted for all clearances. |
| . Redundancy Benefit |

| Generally, if you have accepted a redundancy benefit from the Australian Public Service (APS) or a Commonwealth-related agency within the last 12 months, ASIC is unable to offer you employment until this period has elapsed. |
