Use a telephone interpreter service
If you have difficulty speaking or understanding English, call the Telephone Interpreter Service on 131 450 for the cost of a local call. They will interpret and translate your query, and then call us for you.
The Telephone Interpreter Service operates nationally and provides a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week service for over 100 languages.

Our offices are open Monday-Friday, except on public holidays and during ASIC's close down period between Christmas and New Year's day. Hours of business vary between states and territories.
