Fees for lodging documents and how to pay them



Note. Some form types, particularly applications, require that the fee accompany the form on lodgement. If the fee is not received when lodging the document, then the form will be returned to the lodging party. Details of the prescribed fee can be located on the guide which is attached to the form. Here is a list of the more commonly lodged forms that require payment at the time of lodgement.

Five ways to pay fees for lodging documents



Australia Post
Present the payment slip and your payment at any Post Office. You can pay using cash, cheque or EFTPOS including VISA and Mastercard.

Credit card payments can also be made at Postbillpay.com.au.
Mail
Mail the payment slip and your cheque, payable to 'ASIC', to:
    Australian Securities and Investments Commission
    Locked Bag 5000
    Gippsland Mail Centre VIC 3841
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

BPAY: telephone and internet
Contact your bank, credit union or building society to make a payment from your cheque, savings or credit card account using BPAY.

Ref: obtain your reference number from your invoice statement or National Names Index.
In person at an ASIC Service Centre
Present your payment slip and pay in one of the following three ways at an any of our Service Centres:
  • cash
  • money order
  • cheque. If you use a personal cheque you will need to show identification.
