Senate Order on departmental and agency contracts for the period 1 January 2011 - 31 December 2011
Pursuant to the Senate Order on the departmental and agency contracts the following table sets out contracts entered into by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission which provides for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more and which (a) have not been fully performed as at 31 December 2011 or (b) which have been entered into during the 12 months prior to 31 December 2011.
The annual procurement plan provides potential suppliers with an indication of likely procurements in the coming financial year to give them advance knowledge of ASIC's supply requirements.
The annual procurement plan is available from the AusTender website at www.tenders.gov.au and will be published in June of each year for the following financial year.

A grant is defined in regulation 3A of the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997. Generally speaking a grant is a sum of money given to organisations or individuals for a specified purpose directed at achieving goals and objectives consistent with government policy.
From 1 January 2009 agencies are required to publish details of any grants on their website within seven days of the signing of the grant agreement. This is required to be published on ASIC's website for at least two financial years.
