Status of asset preservation orders - Fincorp The Supreme Court of New South Wales has, by consent, dissolved the asset preservation orders against Mr Peter Pengilley, Mr Craig Gallie, Mr Neil Livingstone, Mr Craig Stubbs and Mr Graeme Byers, former directors of Fincorp Investments Ltd (Receivers and Managers appointed) (In Liquidation), and the proceedings against those directors were dismissed.
