Corporate Finance Liaison meetings

ASIC’s Corporate Finance Liaison meetings are held twice per year to provide insights into ASIC’s current policy and regulatory approaches regarding corporate fundraising, mergers and acquisition activity and other corporate transactions.

Senior managers from ASIC’s Corporations and Emerging, Mining and Resources teams present on current topics in the marketplace and are available to answer questions from the audience.
