FSR legislation is developed by the Department of Treasury. ASIC’s role is to implement and administer the law as Parliament enacts it. The FSR acts are the:

Financial Services Reform Act 2001
Financial Services Reform (Consequential Provisions) Act 2001
Financial Services Reform (Consequential Provisions) Act 2002
Financial Services Reform Amendment Act 2003

Getting a copy of the Corporations Act 2001 and Corporations Regulations

The FSR Acts amended the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act). Go to the Attorney General's website www.comlaw.gov.au (click on 'Commonly viewed legislation' on the left-hand side of the page and scroll down the list), to get a consolidated version of the Corporations Act 2001 and Corporations Regulations 2001.
