Forms used to notify common company changes

You must tell us when your company details change. The Corporations Act requires you to tell us about these changes within a certain period of time. If you tell us after this time, you may have to pay a late fee. You should not wait until you receive your annual statement to tell us about changes to your company details. | About annual statements.

However you can still lodge paper forms which can be downloaded from our company forms page.

If your company, registered body or foreign company is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC) some of your reporting obligations to ASIC will no longer apply. See here for details.

Lodging paper copies of Forms 362, 484 or 486

When you lodge a paper copy of Forms 362, 484 or 486 you must enter your corporate key in the space provided. A corporate key protects your company, or those of your clients, from unauthorised people lodging false information about your company on ASCOT, our corporate database.
